On May 23, 2007, Charles Manson was again denied parole by the State of California.
It was the 11th time his case went before the parole board and again, Mr. Manson chose not to attend the proceedings. At one of his first hearings, Manson shouted out: “Is it hot in here - or am I crazy?” Board members were not amused. Manson is
in a secluded area of a maximum security prison where he is allowed contact with only 17 other prisoners including Sirhan Sirhan, Robert Kennedy’s assassin. During one of his hearings, Sirhan said, “If Robert Kennedy were alive today, he would parole me!”
